ISLAMABAD: The federal government has increased the prices of petrol and high-speed diesel by more than Rs3 per liter, according to a notification issued by the Petroleum Division.

The price of high-speed diesel has risen by Rs3.59 per liter to Rs368.29 per liter.
According to the notification, the revised petroleum prices will remain in effect until August 24.

Earlier, government has increased the prices of petroleum products, according to a notification issued by the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA).
The price of petrol has been increased by Rs. 0.27 per liter, bringing the new price to Rs. 337.78 per liter.
The price of high-speed diesel has increased by Rs. 1.64 per liter, with the new price set at Rs. 364.70 per liter.
OGRA has issued the notification announcing the revised petroleum prices.
