Zara Larsson has attracted widespread attention following her high-energy performance at Lollapalooza in Chicago, with fans praising her live vocals, stamina and athletic physique.
Clips from the Swedish pop star’s July 31 performance quickly circulated across social media, where viewers highlighted her ability to maintain demanding choreography while singing live.
Some fans described her as “a mix of Britney and Beyoncé”, while others wrote, “She’s so fit. It’s really inspiring for me to work out,” and “Holy muscles.”
The response has also prompted renewed interest in Larsson’s diet and workout routine.
According to Women’s Health, the singer does not follow a restrictive diet and instead takes an intuitive approach to eating, including carbohydrates such as pasta, potatoes and bread alongside protein- and fibre-rich foods.
Larsson has also spoken about enjoying Southeast Asian cuisine, particularly sushi, while smoothies and snacks such as almonds and pine nuts can help keep her fuelled during busy periods.
Her fitness routine focuses on supporting the physical demands of touring.
Reports indicate that she incorporates weightlifting, lower-body exercises, core training, mobility work, running and intensive dance rehearsals.
Larsson has previously explained that she prefers working out with a personal trainer, saying, “If I go to the gym and I don’t have anyone telling me what to do and looking at me actually doing it, I’m just half-ass doing it.”
She later joked about her physique, saying, “I don’t go to the gym. I don’t do anything special. Sorry, I’m just genetically blessed.”
