RAWALPINDI: Four terrorists, belonging to Indian-proxy, Fitna al-Hindustan, were killed by security forces during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in Balochistan’s Kalat district, the Inter-Services Public Relations said in a statement on Tuesday.
