Savannah Guthrie issues new appeal for information on missing mother Nancy Guthrie

Savannah Guthrie has shared a new video appeal, urging those responsible for her mother Nancy Guthrie’s disappearance to provide information about her whereabouts, marking her first public message on the case since April.
Guthrie addressed her mother’s suspected kidnappers directly in an emotional video posted on Instagram, saying her family’s search has continued without answers since Nancy disappeared in February.
“I’m coming on today with a very specific message. It has been months since our mom was taken from us. Our family is in agony. We are in a nightmare that will not end. Nothing about our situation has changed. We have done our part, and we will never stop looking for her. We will always ache for her and feel that hole in our hearts.”
Guthrie then appealed directly to those responsible or anyone with knowledge of the case, saying, “The world can be a cruel and unforgiving place, and I know that you have tried to do things the right way. So I’m asking you, begging you to do the right thing now. Make the right choice. Help us find her. Tell us where to look for her. I truly believe it is never too late to do the right thing. Help us bring this situation to an end. For all of us, no matter where we’ve been and what we’ve done, I believe there is always a way home. Please make the right choice.”
Nancy Guthrie was reported missing on February 1 after she failed to attend her regular Sunday church service.
The following day, the Pima County Sheriff’s Department classified the case as a presumed kidnapping after discovering concerning evidence at her home in Tucson, Arizona.
The FBI later joined the investigation and announced a reward for information leading to Nancy’s recovery, increasing it from $100,000 to $200,000 before raising it to $1 million on February 24.
Investigators also recovered footage from a damaged Ring doorbell camera showing a male person of interest approaching Nancy’s home while armed and carrying a hiking backpack.
Despite more than 13,000 tips received by the FBI, no arrests have been made, and Nancy Guthrie has not been found.
