Homer James Jigme Gere, the son of Richard Gere, opened up about the “great” lesson he has learnt from his dad.
The father-son duo attended the premiere of Euphoria season 3, where Entertainment Tonight caught them for a quick chat.
Homer, who is playing a new character named Dylan Reid in Euphoria season 3, was asked to share one piece of advice Richard gave him, to which he said his father “gives great advice.”
The 26-year-old actor added, “It’s not necessarily related to like the craft, but more like how do you carry yourself, how do you make this work in a positive way.”
Shedding light on his relationship with Richard, Homer revealed that he has a close bond with his dad, which can be guessed by the fact that he calls him “every day.”
“Having that kind of sounding board constantly is amazing,” he stated.
Notably, this comes after the 76-year-old American actor conversed with PEOPLE magazine at the City Harvest Presents The 2025 Gala in New York City, where he discussed his relationship with his eldest son, Homer, whom he shares with his ex-wife Carey Lowell.
“I always love being with my son. If we’re out in the woods walking, if we’re here doing something good for other people, I’m always happy to see him,” he said at that time.
It is pertinent to mention that in addition to Homer, Richard Gere has two more sons, Alexander, 7, and James, 6, whom he welcomed with his now wife Alejandra Silva.
