Pete Davidson has decided to take his New York home off the market, just weeks after reaching a co-parenting agreement with his ex, Elsie Hewitt, regarding their daughter, Scottie.

Property records show the home was officially removed from listings on August 13.

Davidson had originally listed the four-bedroom home in February for $2.5 million, later lowering the price before ultimately deciding to pull it from the market entirely.

The property includes several amenities, such as a stone fireplace, a large fish tank, a sauna, and a pool, situated on several acres of land surrounded by greenery.

When Davidson originally listed the property, he explained earlier this year, he wanted to be closer to family in Staten Island while raising his daughter. He had previously described the countryside home as peaceful and a welcome escape from the busyness of city life.

Although it’s unclear exactly what prompted the decision, the move comes shortly after Davidson and Hewitt confirmed they had reached a cooperative agreement regarding their 7-month-old daughter, following their split earlier this year.

In a joint statement, the couple shared that they remain committed to co-parenting together with their daughter’s well-being as their top priority.

Davidson and Hewitt welcomed their daughter, named after Davidson’s late father, in December 2025. Their relationship had first become public earlier that year, and the couple confirmed their breakup in May.
