KARACHI: Nadir Bachani, Ali Bachani, and M Ali won singles titles of their respective categories at the 12th Essa Lab ranking tennis championship that concluded at Hyderabad Gymkhana on Thursday.
In the final of men’s singles category, Nadir Bachani beat Bilal Khan 8-3. In the final of Juniors (under-17) singles category, Ali Bachani defeated Junaid Mahar 8-5. In the final of under-13 singles category, M Ali thrashed Majid Bachani 4-1, 4-0.
In the final of men’s doubles category, the pair of Saad Baloch and Anas Khan beat the duo of Nadir Bachani and Muzammil Bhand 8-3. In the final of 40 plus doubles category, the pair of Rafi Derbari and Arif overpowered the duo of Jawed Riar and Abdul Majeed Bachani 8-6.
