Madame Tussauds in London has given its wax figures of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle a cheeky update just days after news broke that the couple plans to move back to the UK for an extended period.

The wax statues now stand with two suitcases and a royal guard figure behind them.

Fan reactions piled up immediately, with one commenting “love this for them,” while another added, “No place like home.”

A third joked, “They need to be redone, Harry doesn’t have that much hair anymore.”

Others were more critical as one social media user called the Duke and Duchess of Sussex “broke,” while someone else wrote, “I’m sure the UK is going to welcome these 2 failures back with open arms.”

Public figures also weighed in on the news, including well-known TV personality Don Lemon, who joked about the couple’s decision in an Instagram video shared Wednesday.

“What? What is going on here?” the journalist asked his followers. “Come on, make up y’all’s mind,” he quipped.

Another commentator, Meghan McCain, criticised the couple more directly, arguing that many Americans felt skeptical of their return.

“One thing about Americans is we can see through b******* and we don’t like entitled grifters,” the former View host tweeted.

The couple reportedly plans to live in a private residence rather than an official royal property. Additionally, there have been reports suggesting Meghan may consider returning to acting once the couple settles back into life in the UK.
