Karoline Leavitt has confirmed she will return to US President Donald Trump’s super PAC, MAGA Inc., after leaving her role as White House press secretary.
Leavitt, 28, told reporters aboard Air Force One on Friday that she would join the Trump-aligned political group, although she did not reveal her new title or responsibilities.
A source familiar with the move told Fox News Digital that Leavitt “will engage in other opportunities yet to be announced.”
“You guys will still see me all the time,” Leavitt told reporters, indicating she plans to remain active in Trump’s political circle ahead of the US midterm elections.
Leavitt previously worked as a spokesperson for MAGA Inc. before joining Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign.
She later became the youngest White House press secretary in US history when Trump returned to office in January 2025.
Trump announced that Leavitt would leave the administration at the end of August to spend more time with her family.
Leavitt described her departure as a “bittersweet decision”, saying she could no longer balance the demands of the job with being the mother she wanted to be to her two young children.
Trump has not yet announced who will replace Leavitt as White House press secretary.
