ISPR organizes Summer Camp 2026 for 4,000 students

Students from across Pakistan attend sessions on history, ideology and national development.

The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) has organized the Summer Camp 2026, with participation from more than 4,000 students representing over 18 locations across Pakistan.

The initiative aimed to provide students with opportunities for learning, discussion and engagement on important national, historical and social issues.

As part of the camp, Vice Chancellor of Riphah International University Dr. Anees Ahmad conducted a special interactive session with the participants, focusing on Pakistan’s history, present challenges, future direction and the Two-Nation Theory.

Addressing the students, Dr. Anees Ahmad said the ideology of Pakistan served as the foundation for the Muslims of the subcontinent’s struggle for a distinct identity and an independent homeland.

He stated that Pakistan’s Constitution provides comprehensive religious, social and legal safeguards for minorities, ensuring their rights and protection.

During the session, Dr. Anees also discussed regional issues, stating that alleged extremist policies and treatment of minorities in India had raised questions about its secular credentials.

He reaffirmed Pakistan’s position on the Kashmir dispute, describing it as clear, consistent and principled.

Dr. Anees Ahmad urged students to develop informed opinions through the study of history, research and consultation of reliable sources.

He emphasized the importance of youth participation in nation-building, encouraging students to use their skills and abilities to bring positive change to society.

ISPR stated that the Summer Camp 2026 is a key initiative aimed at enhancing the capabilities of young people, promoting national awareness and encouraging constructive engagement among students from across the country.
