India’s false narrative exposed globally, should stop terrorism, Bilawal Bhutto

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has strongly criticized India for spreading false narratives and supporting terrorism. Speaking at a press conference in Islamabad alongside the parliamentary committee, he said the world now sees through India’s misleading claims, and its involvement in terrorism is no longer hidden.

Bilawal stressed that war is never the answer, and lasting peace—especially on issues like Kashmir—can only come through dialogue. He added that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has tasked the committee with restoring peace, and the ceasefire process has already begun.

He also rejected India’s threats regarding water access, stating that India cannot legally block Pakistan’s share under the Indus Waters Treaty. Any such move, he warned, would be seen as a declaration of war.

Bilawal pointed out that India has funded terrorist groups operating in Pakistan and has been running targeted campaigns against Sikh activists around the world. He emphasized that India’s actions are now under global scrutiny.

The PPP Chairman called on India to act responsibly and support peace efforts, including those promoted by U.S. President Donald Trump, instead of trying to sabotage international mediation.
