Hila Klein has filed for divorce from her husband, YouTuber and podcast host Ethan Klein, following allegations of infidelity that have brought their 14-year marriage to an end.
According to documents, Hila filed the divorce papers, listing October 13, 2026 as their date of separation.
The couple married on October 10, 2012. TMZ initially reported the divorce filing.
Hila, represented by prominent divorce lawyer Laura Wasser, is seeking joint custody of their three children, spousal support, the restoration of her maiden name and payment of her legal fees by Ethan.
The separation follows Hila’s public allegations that Ethan had been unfaithful.
In an Instagram statement last Thursday, she wrote: “I am living a nightmare I can’t wake up from. My husband has been having an affair. I have been fed lie after lie after lie for months.”
Hila said she had confronted Ethan about her concerns but received dismissive responses. She subsequently discovered what she described as a lie and decided to end the relationship.
According to Hila, Ethan eventually admitted to having an affair lasting more than six months.
The controversy has also affected the couple’s professional partnership. The H3 Podcast team confirmed Ethan’s departure, expressing support for Hila. Its statement read: “We stand with Hila and will support her every step of the way.”
Launched in 2016, the H3 Podcast has more than 2.5 million YouTube subscribers. Ethan and Hila, who met in 2007, share three sons: Theodore, Bruce and Sunny.
