Deepti Sadhwani stuns at Festival de Cannes | – Times of India

Besides India-born Dubai-based millionaire Farhana Bodi, prominently featured in the Netflix series “Dubai Bling,” Deepti Sadhwani also turned heads with her stunning orange long-trail gown on the opening day of the 2024 Cannes Film Festival. The Indian actress-singer graced the red carpet for the prestigious event’s opening ceremony.
Deepti is expected to walk the red carpet for three consecutive days.Sharing her look from the Cannes red carpet, she expressed her gratitude, stating, “Honored to walk the red carpet for the Opening ceremony of the 77th Cannes Film Festival with the record-breaking longest trail of gown.”

At the opening ceremony, Hollywood icon Meryl Streep was honored with the prestigious Palme d’Or for her exceptional contributions to cinema.

For those unfamiliar, Deepti, with a background in finance, has ventured into TV, films, and music videos. Her journey in showbiz commenced after winning the title of Miss North India and participating in Femina Miss India as a regional finalist. She has since appeared in numerous TV shows, including “Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah” and “Hasya Samrat,” and featured in movies such as “Nazar Hati Durghatana Ghati” and “Rock Band Party.” Additionally, she is a singer known for her contributions to Haryanvi songs like “Harayana Roadway,” “Toot Jaayein,” and “Lala Lala Lori,” among others.

Regarding her musical endeavors, she once stated in an interview with a leading newspaper, “I am thoroughly enjoying my musical journey at the moment. There’s so much happening – creating songs, featuring in videos, live shows, and, of course, singing. In the past couple of years, I’ve released 12 songs, and many of them have garnered significant attention. My song ‘LaLa Lala Lori’ has become an evergreen chartbuster. These independent numbers have provided me with opportunities to collaborate with artists like Ba dshah, Meet Brothers, and others, all at the right stage of my career.”
