The Hon’ble Accountability Court No. III in Sindh, Karachi, has issued perpetual (life-time) non-bailable arrest warrants for Malik Riaz and several others in Reference No. 01/2025 (State vs Malik Riaz Hussain & Others).
According to the court order, all accused had already been declared proclaimed offenders on April 23, 2026.
Along with the main accused Malik Riaz, the court also issued arrest warrants for Muhammad Awais, Zain Malik, Shahid Mehmood Qureshi, Waseem Riffat, Ahmed Bux Narejo, Ahmed Ali Riaz, Faisal Sarwar Qureshi, Saqib Ahmed Soomro, and Waqas Riffat.
