Marvel’s ‘Vision’ takes on double promotional duty on Sunday

The Vision, a key Marvel superhero, has a standalone series, VisionQuest, scheduled to drop on Sunday.

However, beyond promoting the series, the Marvel hero has another task: promoting El Clásico.

Before diving into the planned promotional activities, it is worth mentioning Disney, which owns both Disney+ and the platform where VisionQuest will air, and ESPN, home to the key sports broadcaster that will show Barcelona and Real Madrid live.

Now, ESPN and Marvel planned several promotions for El Clásico, which for the first time will air on ABC – separate from ESPN+ and also owned by Disney.

Among them is a 30-second ad featuring VisionQuest star Paul Bettany, who played Vision.

Bettany will also interview with ESPN FC and answer questions about football.

Beyond him, Live with Kelly and Mark, SportsCenter, and social media creators are promoting El Clásico.

Additionally, an animated promotional poster has also been shared on social media platforms to promote the football game.

The VisionQuest logline read, “As Vision evades capture, he must confront his nature, resist Ultron’s influence, and unravel the enigma that is his young companion if he’s to survive.”

Meanwhile, it is unconfirmed that Bettany’s Vision will appear in Avengers: Doomsday.

Avengers: Doomsday is set to open in theatres on Dec. 18.
