Oats and Peanut Butter Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
½ a cup of rolled oats
½ a tbsp of peanut butter
1 piece of banana
½ a cup of water
2 tbsp of honey
¼ a tsp of cinnamon powder
METHOD:
- Take ¼ cup oats in a pan and toast for a few minutes until golden brown
- Add the toasted oats and water in a blender, mix and blend well
- After blending, strain the oats using a clean cloth to make oats milk
- Add oats milk, peanut butter, banana and honey in a blender. Blend until a smooth puree is achieved
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with a pinch of cinnamon powder and serve cold.
Oats Pancakes with Honey and Peanut Butter
INGREDIENTS
1½ cups of rolled oats
1½ cups of milk
½ tbsp of Peanut butter
2 Eggs
Salt (as per the taste)
1 tbsp of vanilla extract
2 tbsp of sugar
1 apple, chopped
½ a tsp of Cinnamon powder
A pinch of Nut meg
1 tbsp of baking powder
A dollop of butter (Salted/unsalted)
2 tbsp of honey
METHOD
- Add the rolled oats in a mixer grinder and grind until it forms a fine powder
- Add the powdered oats, milk, peanut butter, a pinch of salt, baking powder, vanilla extract, sugar, chopped apple, cinnamon powder and nutmeg all in the proportions
- Mix all the ingredients until they form a thick batter – Tip: Add milk if the desired consistency is not achieved
- In a non-stick pan, pour a small amount of batter into the center and let it cook for 2 minutes.
- Flip the pancake and cook for a few more minutes before serving – add butter if needed
- Serve hot, topped with butter and honey.

Peanut Butter Oatmeal
INGREDIENTS
1½ cups of milk
2 tbsp of honey
Salt (as per taste)
1 cup of rolled oats
2 tbsp of peanut butter
Fruits (as per choice)
METHOD
- Take milk, honey and salt in a saucepan and bring it to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat slightly and let it simmer.
- Add 1 cup of rolled oats and stir to combine. Cook until approximately two-thirds of the liquid has been absorbed by the oats.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat, cover the oatmeal and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- After the oats have cooled, add 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and stir until well combined
- Serve immediately with your choice of toppings.
