Sienna Miller reveals third pregnancy after opening up on fertility fears

Sienna Miller has given a surprise to her fans with her third pregnancy announcement, following her revelation that she froze her eggs when she turned 40.
The 43-year-old star debuted her baby bump at the 2025 Fashion Awards on December 1, wearing a sheer Givenchy gown, announcing her second baby with partner Oli Green.
It is pertinent to mention that she is already mom to a 23-month-old daughter with Green and a 13-year-old daughter with ex-fiance Tom Sturridge.
In an interview with ELLE in 2023, Miller spoke about the pressure of having children in her 40s, revealing she froze her eggs.
“Biology is incredibly cruel on women in that decade – that’s the headline, or it was for me, then I got to 40 and I froze some eggs. Having been really focused on the need to have another baby, I’m just like, ‘If it happens, it happens,'” she said at the time.
On Monday evening, Miller was also joined by Green, who put on a loved-up display after revealing their second baby on the way.
Previously, Miller gushed over Green in a chat with Harper’s Bazaar, saying, “I didn’t expect to take it seriously and then quite quickly, I fell in love. I wasn’t like, ‘I’m gonna get a younger boyfriend.’ It was more, ‘F***! Why are you young? That’s so annoying.'”
“There is a difference in the way that generation of men respect women. It’s specific to him, he is very wise and well-adjusted, but I do believe it’s also that generation,” she added at the time.
