Shamoon Abbasi breaks silence after Daughter Anzela’s critic remarks
Shamoon Abbasi was once married to actress Javeria Abbasi, and together they have a daughter, actress and model Anzela Abbasi. All three are well-known names in the entertainment industry. Recently, there has been renewed public interest in their past relationship and how they handled their roles as parents.
Shamoon is now happily married to actress Sherry Shah, while Javeria has also moved on and is content in her new marriage. Over the years, Shamoon has hinted at having a strained relationship with his former family, and he was notably absent from Anzela’s wedding. Javeria has often shared that she raised Anzela mostly on her own.
Although Shamoon and Javeria have never openly criticized each other, Anzela recently spoke candidly about her relationship with her father during a podcast with Ahmed Ali Butt. She said her mother played both parental roles, so she never really felt the absence of a father figure. Anzela also mentioned that her father had been like a “villain” in her life and that she never looked up to him.
In response, Shamoon Abbasi took to Facebook and shared pictures with his daughter from different stages of her life. He captioned the post with just two words, “THE ABSENT FATHER,” a subtle but powerful message addressing the claims made against him.
