Putin slams Trump’s statement as a danger to global peace

Moscow – As tensions escalate in the Iran-Israel conflict, Russian President Vladimir Putin has broken his silence, calling former U.S. President Donald Trump’s tweet a serious threat to international peace. The Russian leader reacted strongly by retweeting Trump’s recent message and warning that such remarks could lead to dangerous consequences.

“Trump’s threats are a major risk to global peace,” President Putin wrote, adding his voice to growing international concern over U.S. involvement in the Middle East crisis.

This statement from the Kremlin follows a series of international responses to Trump’s earlier tweet, in which he warned Iran to evacuate Tehran immediately—an aggressive message that many see as adding fuel to an already volatile situation.

Just a day earlier, China had also responded firmly. The Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned Trump’s Tehran comment as irresponsible. Meanwhile, Chinese President Xi Jinping posted “two tweets in a single day, urging both Iran and Israel to “Deescalate.”

The reactions from both Russia and China reflect rising global anxiety over the possibility of full-scale war. As major world powers now begin to speak out, the spotlight is shifting from just the Iran-Israel frontlines to the broader implications for international peace and security.
