
Russia has officially banned Roblox, a popular global gaming and virtual world platform. Russian authorities have declared the platform illegal, saying it contains content related to extremism, terrorism, and LGBT issues, which violates Russian laws.
Officials also claimed that Roblox promotes activities that influence young people in the wrong way, including content supporting the LGBT community and extremist material. According to a government statement, such activities in Roblox’s virtual world are contrary to Russia’s traditions, culture, and laws.

As a result of this decision, Russian citizens will no longer have access to Roblox. The Russian Ministry of Communications stated that the move was taken in the interest of national security and the country’s well-being.
