
ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has departed for Tianjin, China, on a five-day official visit, accompanied by a high-level delegation.
During the visit, the Prime Minister will participate in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit, where he is scheduled to hold meetings with Chinese President Xi Jinping and Premier Li Qiang. Discussions will cover various aspects of Pakistan-China relations.
On the sidelines of the SCO Summit, Shehbaz Sharif will also meet with other global leaders.
In Beijing, the Prime Minister will join President Xi and international dignitaries at a military parade marking the 80th anniversary of the victory against fascism in World War II.
The Prime Minister is further scheduled to engage with leading Chinese business figures and corporate executives to discuss avenues for enhancing trade, economic cooperation, and investment.
He will also address the Pakistan-China Business-to-Business Investment Conference in Beijing.
