
LAHORE: Pakistan’s premier cricketers Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan are set to work on developing their abilities to return to top level form as the Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) skills development camp kicked off at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) and LCCA Ground in Lahore on Monday.
The camp, designed to hone player skills ahead of domestic and international assignments, witnessed an energetic start with 15 selected players participating in fielding, batting, and fitness-focused sessions under the supervision of NCA coaches.
Players also took part in gym and strength conditioning sessions, emphasizing PCB’s renewed focus on individual fitness standards. In the second half of the day, scheduled afternoon sessions included additional bowling and fielding practice, continuing the camp’s mission to instill discipline, versatility, and consistency.
