Pamela Anderson, Liam Neeson romance triggers tension

Pamela Anderson and Liam Neeson showed off their easy chemistry during a visit to SiriusXM Studios in Manhattan on Wednesday where Andy Cohen gave rare insight into their growing bond.
Cohen, who counted Natasha Richardson as a close friend, shared his thoughts on the new pairing during the SiriusXM show.
Natasha been married to Liam for 15 years before her tragic skiing accident in 2009.
“I, and all of the friends in this circle, are very much stanning whatever this is,” the 57 year old Bravo host said on air.
Cohen recalled what he told Liam at the Naked Gun premiere party. “Liam, [Pamela] is an independent woman, just like Tash was. She loves to cook. She has her own thing going on. She has two boys. I mean, this just works, and you know?”
He praised the Baywatch icon further. “She is a formidable human being, Pamela Anderson. She really is. Like what she’s been through and how she kind of reclaimed herself and redefined herself.”
Pamela enjoyed a major career comeback last year with her role in Gia Coppola’s drama The Last Showgirl, which earned her Golden Globe and SAG Award nominations.
However, Andy pointed out that it had been 16 years since Richardson’s passing and suggested Liam might be ready for love again.
The Oscar nominated actor had been single since 2012 after ending his relationship with Freya St. Johnston.
On Wednesday, Liam was spotted holding Pamela’s hand while talking with Cohen. This appearance came right after the actor pretended to kiss Pamela on the TODAY show.
