Pakistan-US terrorism dialogues set for August in Islamabad, US State Department

Washington: The US state department has announced the meeting between Pakistan and US is set to take place in Islamabad in August.

During the meeting Foreign Secretary Marco Rubio praised Pakistan’s constructive regional initiatives, including its facilitation of infrastructure cooperation with Iran. Foreign Secretary has also highlighted Pakistan’s pivotal role in promoting regional stability and expressed support for deepening ties across multiple sectors, Tammy Bruce

Tammy Bruce said, Both leaders also discussed about the cooperation against terrorism and importance of promoting bilateral trade relations, Particularly in the minerals and mining sectors.

Talks also took place on joint efforts against ISIS, says the spokesperson of the U.S. Department of State.
