Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, Chief Minister of Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti and Corps Commander Balochistan Lieutenant General Rahat Naseem Ahmed Khan, visited the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Quetta on Sunday to inquire after police personnel injured in recent terrorist attacks in Balochistan.
The officials praised the high morale displayed by the injured personnel, according to an official statement. “You confronted the terrorist attacks like lions and foiled them,” Naqvi said while addressing the injured officers.
Chief Minister Bugti also commended their bravery, saying, “I salute your courage for foiling the conspiracy to create instability in Balochistan.” “You are our lions and the nation stands with you,” he added.
In response, the injured personnel expressed their determination to continue the fight against terrorism. “After recovering, we will once again fight against this menace,” one officer said. “Our spirits are high and our resolve is firm,” said another.

“For the eradication of the scourge of Fitna al-Hindustan, our lives and even the lives of our children are ready to be sacrificed,” said another injured police officer.
The visit comes a day after 92 terrorists were killed as security forces fought off a series of coordinated attacks at multiple locations across Balochistan. At least 18 civilians were martyred in the attacks, while 15 security personnel were martyred in combat.
In a statement issued on Saturday night after the day of attacks, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said: “Terrorists of Indian sponsored Fitna al-Hindustan attempted to disturb peace of Balochistan by conducting multiple terrorist activities around Quetta, Mastung, Nushki, Dalbandin, Kharan, Panjgur, Tump, Gwadar and Pasni.

Fitna al-Hindustan is a blanket term used by officials for outlawed Baloch terrorist groups as the government claims they are acting as proxies of India, which wants to destabilise Pakistan through hybrid warfare.
The banned Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) claimed responsibility for the attacks in a social media post, describing the coordinated assault unleashed on Saturday as the second phase of “Operation Heroof.”
