The response was overwhelmingly positive. Many visitors welcomed the initiative as a step forward in digital governance, praising NADRA’s efforts to modernize and simplify public services.

“NADRA is truly setting an example by creating user-friendly solutions and helping people understand how to use them,” said one visitor.

Others were impressed by the convenience the app offers. “It’s such a relief not having to visit NADRA offices again and again. Now, it’s all just a few taps away,” shared another attendee.

Speaking at the event, NADRA Spokesman Syed Shabahat Ali encouraged the public to embrace the digital shift. “This app brings services to your fingertips fast, simple, and completely free,” he said. “And we’re not stopping here. NADRA will soon launch similar drives in other major cities.
