Prominent actress Mishi Khan has issued a strong cautionary message to girls and women, advising them against sending private photos and videos to anyone they are in contact with.
Her warning comes in a video where she addresses the dangers of online trust and the risks of blackmail, highlighting the potential for severe emotional and financial consequences.
In her message, the actress emphasized that this advice holds true even if a man promises marriage. “Even if a boy says he will marry you tomorrow, do not send them. Even if you are married, you should never send such private content to anyone,” she stated.
Mishi Khan highlighted that people’s intentions can change, and what begins as a relationship can quickly turn into a blackmail situation. “You never know when the other person’s mind might change and they start to blackmail you,” she warned. “There are many stories of blackmail; a lot of girls fall for this trap.” She added that such situations often lead to men extorting money, causing immense mental distress and, tragically, leading some women to contemplate suicide.
The actress concluded her message with an emotional appeal, stating that while love is a natural part of life, women should never abandon their common sense. She lamented that while the woman suffers from mental anguish, the person who has her content simply “smiles after getting it.”
