
KARACHI: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast intermittent light drizzle in various parts of the city today.
According to weather analysts, Karachi is likely to experience on-and-off drizzling throughout the day, though there is no expectation of heavy rainfall.
Clifton, DHA, and Sea View witnessed light drizzle early this morning, adding a pleasant touch to the city’s weather. Saddar, Zainab Market, and surrounding areas also experienced light rain.
He said that the forecast in Karachi is cloudy today and there is a possibility of being cloudy and light rain in the coming days.
According to meteorological analysts, there is no likelihood of heavy rainfall in Karachi until July 15.
While light drizzle may continue in some parts of the city, major rain systems are not expected to develop over the next several days.
The winds are blowing from the west at a speed of 8 km/h. The city’s minimum temperature was recorded at 28°C. The maximum temperature is expected to reach around 35°C.
Atmospheric humidity has been recorded at 82%, contributing to the discomfort.The sky over Karachi is expected to remain partly cloudy throughout the day.
