Batting first after Lahore Qalandars won the toss, Peshawar Zalmi posted 173 for 7 in their allotted 20 overs.
Captain Babar Azam top-scored with 43 runs, while Michael Bracewell contributed 21 runs. Mohammad Haris scored 18 and Abdul Samad managed 2 runs. Kusal Mendis played a crucial knock of 74 runs, emerging as the top scorer of the innings.
In response, Lahore Qalandars’ batting lineup collapsed under pressure as no batter could build a substantial partnership. The team was bowled out for just 97 runs.
