Kim Kardashian revealed her best friend Allison Statter’s terrifying birthday mishap.
Taking to Instagram Stories on Sunday, January 11, 2026, the reality TV star posted a video clip from Allison’s birthday celebration.
In the video clip, Allison can be seen blowing out cake candles at her 46th birthday party as the flame of the candle then caught onto strands of her hair and quickly spreading upwards.
The terrifying moment caused Kim and other party guests to scream.
Allison’s husband quickly grabbed his wife’s hair, putting out fire with his hands.
Behind the camera, the SKIMS founder can be heard saying, “Oh my god!”
In the caption, she jokingly wrote, “You are on fire baby!!!!!”
Furthermore, Kim also posted close up shots of the incident on her Stories.
It is pertinent to mention that Kim Kardashian and Allison Statter have been best friends since childhood and are part of Kardashian’s close-knit “lifers” group.
The duo’s mothers, Kris Jenner and Shelli Azoff have also been best friends even before the two were born.
In 2023, Kim paid tribute to her friends while celebrating her 43rd birthday, including Allison, stating, “I always say I hit the jackpot in the friends department.”
