Kim Kardashian has recently shared her shocking encounter with pop icon Madonna as a kid.
The American Horror Story actress revealed that she was Madonna’s neighbour during an appearance on The Graham Norton Show.
Recalling her first interaction with the Material Girl singer, Kim admitted, “When I was eight years old, I would walk her dog.”
All’s Fair actress clarified that Madonna paid her for her services and it was not big money.
“She paid me in, remember those like, jelly rubber neon bracelets? She paid me in those, mentioned the 45-year-old.
Kim further said that Madonna would hand them to her in a shoebox, and “I remember going to school wearing them, and all my friends were like, ‘Oh my god, that’s so cool. Where did you get that?’ And I was like, ‘Madonna gave it to me’”.
Years later, the reality star opened up that Frozen singer asked her if she still had the bracelets, to which she denied.
Madonna reacted to this comment and stated, “You lost the coolest thing in the world.”
Kim, however, expressed her dismay over losing the pop star’s bracelets.
“I wish I still had them,” she added.
Kim was not the only Kardashian who got the opportunity to walk Madonna’s dog.
SKIMS founder’s sister Kourtney also took the singer’s dog on a walk at the time.
Kim disclosed this on Jimmy Kimmel Live in 2024, saying, “Kourtney and I would walk her dog after school in exchange for her jewellery.”
During her interview, the reality star explained that Madonna was “transitioning out of the ‘80s neon phase, so one day, she just walked downstairs and handed us a shoebox of all these neon bracelet”.
