Katherine Schwarzenegger cherish bond with Chris Pratt’s kids

Katherine Schwarzenegger said she feels lucky to experience both motherhood and stepmotherhood, calling it a “blessing.”
The 35-year-old author shares daughters Lyla, Eloise, and son Ford with her husband Chris Pratt.
She is also a stepmom to Chris’s 13-year-old son Jack, whom he shares with his ex-wife Anna Faris.
Speaking to People magazine, Katherine said she has learned a lot from her role as a parent and a stepmother. “I’ve learned so much and continue to learn so much.
Just like parenting, you learn something new every single day,” she said. “It’s a blessing for me to be able to be in the role of a parent and also a stepparent.”
The Gift of Forgiveness actress added that she feels grateful to experience both roles, as not everyone gets that opportunity.
However, Katherine also spoke about her podcast BDA (Before, During and After) Baby, saying her goal was to help parents feel less alone.
She said, “My goal with BDA Baby is to really provide a community of support and also to have conversations about things so people feel less alone in their journey.”
The author is also preparing to release a new children’s book titled Kat and Brandy, which comes out next week.
She said she hopes it will comfort children facing fears or challenges, helping them feel seen through the main character.
Earlier this year, Katherine shared that she’s worked with a stepparenting coach before marrying Chris to understand her role better.
