According to the newspaper, Khamenei’s son, Mujtaba Khamenei, is not among the candidates. The report also mentions that Ayatollah Khamenei communicates only through a trusted advisor and has stopped using electronic messaging.
Ayatollah Khamenei has been Iran’s Supreme Leader for more than 36 years.
