India’s Foreign Minister Jaishankar admits Pakistan shot down Rafale jets
In a surprising revelation, Indian Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar has finally admitted that Pakistan Air Force (PAF) shot down multiple Indian Rafale jets during a past air conflict.
Speaking to the media, Jaishankar confirmed that at least three Rafale fighter jets were destroyed by the PAF. A video of his admission has gone viral on social media.
He stated, “Pakistan launched a heavy attack on India, and we lost several Rafale jets during the fight with the Pakistan Air Force.” Jaishankar described the destruction of the jets as “unfortunate.”
This is not the first time an Indian official has acknowledged the losses. Earlier, an Indian defense attaché had also admitted the destruction of Indian aircraft in the clash.
The Rafale jets, which are among the most advanced fighters in India’s air fleet, were considered a major part of India’s defense capability. Their loss marks a significant moment in the air battle history between the two nations.
The confirmation has sparked widespread discussion online, with many calling for accountability and transparency in military reporting from both countries.
