Kahwa is a healthy herbal drink that helps improve digestion, boost metabolism, and support weight loss naturally. It is very easy to make at home and requires only a few simple ingredients.
Ingredients
1 cup water
1 small piece of cinnamon stick
2 green cardamom pods
3–4 fennel seeds (saunf)
1/2 teaspoon green tea leaves (or 1 green tea bag)
A few mint leaves (optional)
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
How to Make Kahwa
First, boil one cup of water in a small pan. Add the cinnamon stick, cardamom, and fennel seeds to the boiling water. Let it boil for 2–3 minutes so the natural flavor comes out.
Now add the green tea leaves and turn off the flame after 30 seconds. Do not boil green tea for too long because it can become bitter. Add a few mint leaves if you want a fresh taste.
Strain the Kahwa into a cup. If you like, you can add one teaspoon of honey, but avoid sugar if you want better weight loss results.
How It Helps in Weight Loss
Kahwa improves digestion and helps the body burn fat faster. Cinnamon helps control appetite, while green tea supports metabolism. Fennel seeds reduce bloating, and cardamom helps detox the body naturally. Drinking Kahwa daily can help reduce belly fat when combined with a healthy diet.
Best Time to Drink
Drink this Kahwa in the morning on an empty stomach or after meals. You can drink it once or twice a day for better results.
