Halle Bailey make settlement with ex DDG for son Halo

Halle Bailey and DDG have finalized a temporary custody agreement for their 22-month-old son, Halo Saint, bringing some clarity to months of legal back-and-forth.
Court documents obtained by PEOPLE say the former couple agreed that DDG will spend time with Halo on Wednesdays and certain weekends, while the toddler will live with Bailey for the rest of the week.
They also reached an arrangement for holidays. Both stars agreed to drop their restraining orders and are not allowed to speak negatively about each other, either publicly or in front of their son.
Bailey and DDG, whose real name is Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr., ended their relationship in October 2024.
Since then, the two have traded legal filings over custody. At one point, they were ordered not to share any photos or information about Halo online.
A judge later approved a setup that allowed DDG to have “peaceful contact” with Bailey only to coordinate Halo’s visits.
Under that earlier order, DDG was permitted to see Halo during professionally monitored visits on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., plus every other Sunday for the same timeframe.
The negotiations followed a difficult summer in which both filed for restraining orders.
In June, DDG sought an emergency hearing to prevent Bailey from traveling overseas with Halo, specifically to Italy.
He also asked for a domestic violence restraining order, alleging Bailey posed an “imminent emotional and psychological risk to the minor child based on repeated, documented threats of self-harm.”
He argued traveling internationally would remove Halo from court protections and any “emergency intervention mechanisms.” A judge denied that request the following day.
Just a month earlier, Bailey had accused DDG of abuse and was granted a temporary restraining order.
Court documents say she described several alleged incidents, and the order also protected Halo. It required DDG to remain more than 100 yards away from both Bailey and their son, including at Halo’s school and near Bailey’s vehicle.
With the newest custody arrangement in place, both parents now have a clearer structure as they move forward in co-parenting.
