Hailey Bieber is opening up about her decision to hold off on Botox—at least for now.

The Rhode Skin founder, 28, revealed that while she isn’t opposed to cosmetic procedures, she’s made a personal commitment to delay them until she’s older.

“I made a commitment to myself that I wasn’t going to do any Botox until I was in my 30s,” Hailey said on the episode of In Your Dreams with Owen Thiele. “When I get there I’ll see if I even want to do it.”

However, the model—who shares 14-month-old son Jack Blues Bieber with husband Justin Bieber—admitted she’s made one exception for medical reasons.

She explained that she uses Botox injections in her jaw to help manage temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, a condition known for causing chronic jaw tension and pain.

The Cleveland Clinic recognises Botox as a treatment option for this issue.

When it comes to using Botox for beauty, Hailey noted she’s been influenced by her mother, Kennya Baldwin, who has maintained a completely natural approach. “My mom has no Botox,” Hailey shared. “My mom does nothing to her skin and she looks insane.”

Instead, Hailey relies on a consistent skincare routine and select treatments that feel natural. She’s a fan of laser therapies and regenerative options like Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF), both derived from the patient’s own blood.

“I like to do things that I can trust is from your own body,” she explained. “I’m just consistent with things like that. I do that a couple times a year.”

Her dedication to skincare has clearly paid off. In May, Hailey sold her Rhode Skin company to e.l.f. Beauty in a landmark $1 billion deal. Still, she remains grounded about her growing success.
