First phase of PCB skills development camp ends

LAHORE: The first phase of Pakistan Cricket Board skills development camp ended at the National Cricket Academy here on Saturday.

In all, 13 players attended this programme that commenced on June 16. The camp featured targeted training across multiple disciplines, including morning fitness and fielding drills followed by afternoon net sessions.

The final two days included scenario-based matches at the LCCA Ground, offering players a simulated match environment to fine-tune skills under pressure. First phase squad included Abrar Ahmed, Ahmed Daniyal, Babar Azam, Hasan Nawaz, Maaz Sadaqat, Mohammad Abbas Afridi, Mohammad Haris, Mohammad Nawaz, Mohammad Rizwan, Sahibzada Farhan, Saim Ayub, Salman Mirza, and Sufyan Moqim. The second phase of the camp will begin on June 23.
