Did “The Simpsons” predict a U.S. President’s Death in 2025? shocking clip resurfaces

A video circulating on social media is causing a stir by claiming that the animated TV show The Simpsons predicted the death of a U.S. President in August 2025.

The video, shared by an Instagram page, features a character from The Simpsons that bears a strong resemblance to  U.S. President Donald Trump. According to the viral clip, the show predicted that the president would die of a severe chest illness in August 2025.

A voiceover in the background of the video claims that this prediction was made nearly 15 years ago in an old episode of the show. The narrator describes the scene: “A controversial president with orange skin, golden hair, and an emotional personality is shown walking alone inside the White House.”

In the clip, the character clutches his chest in pain and collapses during a live broadcast. A state of emergency unfolds in the White House, and medical staff rush in. One of them says, “It wasn’t just stress — it was a sign.”

The video goes on to claim that the episode is no longer available on any streaming platforms due to the accuracy of its prediction, suggesting it was deliberately removed from public access.

Social media users have had mixed reactions. While some are skeptical of the prediction, others have expressed concern or even morbid curiosity. One user commented, “How many people are wishing death upon a sitting president? This is a sign of humanity’s moral decline.” Another said, “I would never wish death on anyone, but if this came true, I wouldn’t be crying.”

It’s worth noting that in July this year, the White House confirmed that Donald Trump had been diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency — a condition in which veins have trouble sending blood from the limbs back to the heart.

Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt revealed this after questions arose about swelling in Trump’s legs and a wound on his hand. The condition is known to become more common with age.

The Simpsons is a long-running American animated sitcom that has gained fame for its seemingly accurate predictions of real-world events — including the 9/11 attacks and Trump’s rise to power.

Despite the viral nature of the video, no official Simpsons episode matching the described events has been verified, raising further doubts about the authenticity of the claims.
