Danyal Chishti has been appointed as Pakistan’s official team manager for the Esports Nation Cup, which will be held in Riyadh in November 2026. In this role, Danyal Chishti will be responsible for selecting national-level gaming talent and coaches across different esports titles.
The Esports Nation Cup is being described as a major international event, similar in scale to an esports Olympics, where teams from different countries will compete in multiple games.
Speaking about the appointment, Shaheryar Chishty said that Pakistan has a large number of talented young gamers, many of whom have not yet been discovered. He emphasized the need to bring forward the hidden potential of the country’s youth and provide them with opportunities to compete at the international level.
He added that the upcoming event is a very important opportunity to showcase Pakistan’s gaming talent to the world. According to him, this is also a golden chance to help build esports into a strong and major industry in Pakistan.
