
A district court in Lahore on Monday indicted YouTuber Saadur Rehman, widely known as Ducky Bhai, his wife Aroob Jatoi, and other co-accused in a case related to the alleged promotion of gambling and betting applications.
According to court proceedings held at the District Courts Lahore, Judicial Magistrate Naeem Wattoo formally framed charges during the hearing. Saadur-Rehman and the other accused appeared before the court and pleaded not guilty.
The magistrate has summoned prosecution witnesses for February 23.
The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) had registered a case against Rehman and others on charges of promoting gambling and betting applications.

Duky Bhai, one of Pakistan’s most-subscribed YouTubers and content creators, with more than 800 videos uploaded and more than 10 million subscribers on YouTube, was arrested on August 17, 2025, after a case was registered against him by the state through the NCCIA.
He was detained by the NCCIA at Lahore Airport when he was attempting to flee the country. His name was placed on the Provisional National Identification List (PNIL).
Ducky Bhai was arrested after an FIR was lodged by NCCIA under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016, and relevant sections of the Pakistan Penal Code.

The case was registered on August 17 under sections 13 (Electronic Forgery), 14 (Electronic Fraud), 25 (Spamming) and 26 (Spoofing) of PECA, along with sections 294-B (Offering prize in connection with trade) and 420 (Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property) of the PPC.
According to the FIR, the YouTuber is accused of promoting gambling and betting applications that defrauded users and collected millions of rupees. This is not the first controversy surrounding the YouTuber, who is among Pakistan’s most followed online personalities.
