Britney Spears was photographed in Los Angeles this week holding what appeared to be a champagne flute during a brief stop at Stonehaus wine bar in Westlake Village, according to images published by Page Six.

Her team later told the Daily Mail that she did not consume alcohol during the outing.

The Toxic singer pushed back against the photos in a video shared on Instagram Thursday, calling the paparazzi “incredibly mean” and saying they consistently capture “the worst photos” of her.

She added that she “can’t go anywhere” without harassment, calling the situation “so offensive.”

The photos showed the singer leaving the wine bar with assistance from a staff member. She kept a low profile in sunglasses and a white lace scarf, paired with a brown plaid blazer, cropped lace top and low-rise jeans, along with heels and a taupe handbag.

Her makeup featured bright red lipstick, and her hair was styled in loose waves.

The sighting comes amid renewed public concern over Spears’ well-being. Weeks earlier, she was seen driving erratically after leaving the Red-O restaurant in Thousand Oaks.

A Daily Mail source linked the stress to Kevin Federline’s newly released memoir, “You Thought You Knew,” claiming it had sent her “in a tailspin” and that “she’s spiraling. It’s reopening old wounds.”

Spears dismissed speculation over that incident, writing, “If anyone is wondering the lookalike was not me.”

Federline’s book alleges past infidelity and drug use, claims Spears has denied, calling them “extremely hurtful,” “exhausting,” and “constant gaslighting.”

She said, “Those white lies in that book, they are going straight to the bank and I am the only one who genuinely gets hurt here.”
