Rain continues for second day

Heavy showers in the early hours of Monday brought a noticeable chill to Lahore, prompting many residents to wear warm clothing.

According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), the rainfall caused temperatures to drop, with the current reading at 15°C. The day’s high is expected to reach 23°C, while the low may fall to 13°C. Humidity remains at 84%, and winds are blowing at a gentle 6 km/h.

The PMD predicts partly cloudy skies over the next few days, with the possibility of scattered rain. Additionally, isolated showers, thunderstorms, and strong winds are expected in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, upper Punjab, Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan, with hailstorms possible in some areas.

Karachi: 25°C

Peshawar: 11°C

Quetta: 7°C

Gilgit: 7°C

Murree: 3°C

Muzaffarabad: 12°C
