His daughter Cori Broadus shared tributes after her premature baby Codi died days after leaving the NICU
Cori Broadus has shared the death of her 10-month-old daughter, Codi Dreaux, marking a profound loss for Snoop Dogg’s family.
The 26-year-old announced that her baby girl died on January 26, just 20 days after returning home from the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
On January 31, Broadus posted a tribute on her Instagram Story alongside a photo with her daughter, writing, “Monday, I lost the love of my life. My Codi.” Codi was born three months premature and had spent much of her life in hospital care before being discharged earlier this month.

Codi’s father, Wayne Deuce, also shared a message in remembrance of his daughter. In his own Instagram Story, he wrote: “I been the saddest since u left me Codi Dreaux. But I know u at peace. Daddy will always love you.” Messages of condolence have since continued to arrive from fans and supporters.
Only weeks earlier, Broadus had celebrated bringing her daughter home. Broadus first announced Codi’s birth last February, explaining that she had delivered at 25 weeks.
Snoop Dogg has also acknowledged the loss, posting a family photo on Instagram on January 31 with heart and prayer emojis, as fans offered condolences and support to the family.
