Amy Poehler is looking back on a heated argument she had with a fellow passenger on a plane.

In the latest episode of her Good Hang podcast, the comedian and actress was joined by her costar Ana Gasteyer as a guest, who recalled the incident.

“I remember being on a plane with you. You got into a fight with a guy,” Gasteyer began.

She remembered that Poehler’s daughter was also onboard with them at the time, Gasteyer recalled, “Baby Frances was on the plane with us. The guy got mad that you were swearing in front of the baby.”

Sharing more details about what happened, Poehler said, “It’s a long story, but what happened was a guy — a first-class guy, which we were in first class too — was like, ‘Excuse me, I’m trying to… You’re being too loud in first class.’ My Boston came out, let’s just say that.”

Gasteyer quipped that the moment was “the best thing I’ve ever seen.”

For those unversed, Poehler and Gasteyer have previously shared the big screen on the 2004 film Mean Girls, which was written by Tina Fey.

During the conversation in the podcast, Gasteyer reflected on the time when Fey was writing the feature film.

“I remember hanging out with you in that hotel one night and having drinks. I have a memory of [Tina] sitting at the table and saying, ‘I think I’m going to try to option this book. It’s incredible,’” she recalled.
