Miley Cyrus and Maxx Morando are engaged!
Miley and Maxx sparked engagement rumors on Monday at the world premiere of Avatar: Fire and Ash in Los Angeles. The singer showed off her diamond ring which was on her ring finger.
According to Page Six, jewelry designer Jacquie Aiche’s reps have confirmed that she custom-made Cyrus’s ring.
They also revealed that the ring is a cushion cut set in a 14K yellow gold band.
While posing at the red carpet with her fiance, the Wrecking Ball hitmaker kept the stunning ring front and center. She dressed in a black strapless sequin gown with a structured bodice, ruffled skirt and train.
Meanwhile, Morando looked dapper in a classic black suit and white collared shirt.
The duo have reportedly been dating since 2021. The same year, Miley made their romance Instagram official by posting photos which featured Maxx.
In 2023, she told British Vogue that they began dating “a couple of summers” prior.
In 2024, People reported that they were living together.
“She is very happy with him,” a source shared at the time. “Miley has changed a lot in the past couple of years. She seems more calm and harmonious.”
“Everyone loves Maxx. He’s a great guy. … He’s private and doesn’t like being in the press. It’s been good for her,” the mole added.
Maxx has joined Miley for several award shows and events, including the Versace fashion show in March 2023. the 2024 Grammy Awards, where the singer won record of the year and best pop solo performance for her hit song Flowers. He also acompanied her at the 2025 Vanity Fair Oscar Party, and the Academy Awards.
