Taylor Swift’s famous choreographer gives insights into new viral dance

Taylor Swift has been collaborating with choreographer Mandy Moore for some time, including on her Eras Tour dances, and called the dance teacher again for her new music video.
The 49-year-old dance instructor appeared in an Instagram video with the TV reporter, Reid Butler, who asked her about her experience creating The Fate of Ophelia dance, which has now become a trend.
The So You Think You Can Dance star responded, “I didn’t make it up to become viral” but “it’s rad” that people have adopted it so well.
Moore continued to share that the dance routine was a collaborative effort between her and the pop superstar, 35, who brought her vision to the music video.
The award-winning choreographer revealed that instead of a clear mind map, she comes to the floor with an open mind, moving how she feels like, and the same happened with this dance, which Swift wanted to be fun for the dancers.
In another recent interview, Moore shared that the Actually Romantic hitmaker was “really in her head” because of the past criticism of her dancing, which is why she taught her to focus on how “she naturally wanted to move.”
The dance expert continued, in conversation with The New York Times, “And then we fine-tuned that: ‘OK, that looks a little weird with your shoulders,’ or, ‘Let’s straighten your knee here.’ I really admire Taylor’s tenacity. She works so hard.”
Soon after the music video was released, the dance went viral on social media, with users sharing videos of themselves moving to the beat.
