Taylor Swift fans in disbelief over ‘Wildest Dreams’ star’s new confession

Scott Eastwood co-starred with Taylor Swift in her music video for Wildest Dreams, but he revealed a surprising detail about how he decided to take the part.
The 39-year-old actor recalled not knowing who the pop superstar, 35, was when she called him for the video to play her love interest in the hit 1989 song.
The Fury star also shocked Swifties with the confession that he contemplated taking on the role because many people around him told him so.
Including Eastwood’s agents, there were several who told him no, but he went ahead with the video, and he doesn’t regret it at all, as he said, “None of my agents wanted me to do it, actually. They said, ‘Oh, we don’t want you to do that! Why would you be Taylor Swift’s boy toy?’ And I said, ‘Why the hell not?’”
However, the Anti-Hero hitmaker’s fans couldn’t imagine him saying no, as one wrote on X, “People telling him not to do it during 1989 era is mad crazy.”
Another added, “And that song is his most popular acting credits to date. He was so handsome in that video,” agreeing with them, someone wrote, “yes! So glad he decided to do it.”
A third chimed in to praise the video, “and they created one of the best mvs ever,” while others wrote, “Unimaginable,” and “Wonder why people told him not to do it!”
Wildest Dreams remains one of Swift’s fan-favourite videos to date, along with Blank Space, You Belong With Me, and Look What You Made Me Do.
