Former actress Khushboo opens up about marital struggles with Arbaaz Khan

In a recent interview, former Pakistani film actress Khushboo opened up about her separation from husband Arbaaz Khan, revealing emotional pain and unanswered questions surrounding their relationship.

Born as Sobia Hussain on June 24, 1969, in Talagang, Pakistan, Khushboo rose to fame in the Pakistani film industry and spent much of her career based in Lahore. She married Arbaaz Khan in 2000, and the couple has two sons.

Speaking candidly, Khushboo said that although there was no dispute between them, Arbaaz left without saying a word and never returned. “He meant everything to me,” she said. “But when I needed him the most, he wasn’t there and that’s what hurts the most.”

She added that despite the passage of five years, his absence still lingers in her thoughts.

Khushboo also expressed disappointment that during the six months she stayed at home, no one from Arbaaz’s family reached out to her or checked in. “If I were just a wife, I would be called a housewife but I fulfilled my role and all my responsibilities,” she said. Since the separation, their two sons have remained in her care.

While rumors of their strained relationship have circulated for years, this interview marked the first time Khushboo publicly addressed the matter in detail.

However, she stopped short of confirming whether the couple is legally divorced. Previously, Arbaaz Khan’s father, veteran Pashto actor Asif Khan, also expressed regret over not seeing his son and daughter-in-law for the past five years.
