RAWALPINDI:
An ATC on Tuesday initiated proclamation proceedings against three PTI leaders for repeatedly failing to appear in the Jinnah House attack case trial.
ATC Administrative Judge Manzar Ali presided over the hearing after police sought the court’s approval to publish advertisements declaring the suspects as absconders.
The court directed authorities to issue proclamation notices for Alia Hamza, Sanam Javed, and Ayesha Bhatta, ordering police to publish the notices by Oct 2 and submit a compliance report.
According to the police, the three women leaders have been avoiding court.
